PROGRAMS & GROUPS

Growth happens differently when you have the right tools

Deliveries of Hope offers focused groups, workshops, and programs designed to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and put meaningful change into practice. Some programs provide structured psychotherapy for specific mental health and relational concerns. Others offer education, practical tools, and faith-based opportunities for personal and relational growth. Each program has its own purpose, format, and eligibility requirements so you can choose the experience that best fits what you are looking for.

WHY GROW

TOGETHER?

Growth does not have to happen alone. In a group, you have the opportunity to learn alongside others who are working toward growth of their own. You can share at your own pace, gain perspective from experiences beyond your own, and discover that some of the things you have struggled with may not be as isolating as they once felt.

Sometimes, hearing someone else’s story helps us better understand our own.

FIND THE RIGHT OPTION FOR YOU

Each DOH program & group is designed around a specific area of growth.
Explore the current offerings below to learn more about the focus, format, and experience of each one.

Known: Identity, Boundaries & Relationships Through a Biblical Lens is an 8-week Christian wellness group for women who want to develop a stronger understanding of their God-given identity and learn how to let that identity shape the way they live, set boundaries, make decisions, and navigate relationships.

Throughout the eight weeks, we will explore the difference between who you are and the roles you fill, examine beliefs and messages that may have influenced the way you see yourself, and compare those messages with Biblical truth. From that foundation, we will look at personal responsibility, boundaries, relationship standards, and what it means to love others without taking responsibility for what belongs to them.

Through Biblical teaching, guided reflection, practical exercises, and meaningful group discussion, you will have opportunities to examine not only what you believe about yourself, but how those beliefs influence the way you live and relate to others.

Participants also receive the Known Digital Toolkit, a collection of Scripture-based reflections and practical resources designed to help you continue applying what you learn beyond the group.

The goal is not simply to know more about who you are. It is to begin living like you believe it.

80-minute sessions

Have you ever recognized that a relationship or behavior was not healthy for you, yet still found yourself repeating the same pattern?

Breaking the Cycle is an 8-week psychotherapy group designed for women who want to better understand the attachment and relationship patterns influencing their emotions, choices, boundaries, and relationships.

Over eight weeks, we will move beyond simply identifying unhealthy patterns to exploring where they come from, what activates them, and why they can be so difficult to change. You will learn to recognize your relational triggers, examine the stories and beliefs influencing your responses, strengthen boundaries, identify your needs and values, and practice making healthier relationship choices.

The group combines therapist-led teaching, guided reflection, practical therapeutic exercises, and the opportunity to learn alongside other women working through their own patterns. You are never expected to share more than you are comfortable sharing.

Participants also receive the Breaking the Cycle Digital Toolkit, a collection of practical exercises and resources designed to help you apply what you learn both during the program and beyond it.
